Belkin Remix Metal for 80/120 GB iPod classic 6G
I purchased this at a brick & mortar store for about $25. The packaging specified that it would fit 30gb and 80 gb iPod video models. When you open the package, there are indeed two back pieces for the case, one deeper than the other. There are no instructions but it was fairly obvious that the deeper was for the 80gb & that the cover simply snaps into place.
The problem is that the 30gb iPod I have doesn’t fit the smaller case. The cover literally won’t even touch the back, much less snap to it. The only option was to use the 80gb case, which closes but leaves the iPod clanking around loose inside due to the extra space (and the openings for the headphones, dock, etc., don’t line up as well as they should).
This case is very attractive, but it is sad that a major manufacturer can’t even properly measure the product they claim compatibility with.

This product does exactly what it’s supposed to – it protects the screen from scratches. It’s light-weight and cool-looking. Not only does it protect the screen- but it protects the touch-wheel, too.
Great for the price.
My only qualm is that I have to take it out of the case to dock it on my inMotion stereo. But other than that- Great!

I saw this cover while looking for a leather case. This was alot cheaper yet is better for two reasons. 1) it covers almost the entire ipod including the click wheel 2)you can set it in the dock station without removing the cover. I’m using this on my ipod 80 at work and ipod 120 for travel/home.
